3D Software

PKR is all about its 3D software.  This is industry unique, and is the main driving force behind the popularity of PKR. 

When you play you can choose between multiple camera angles.  The standard one is first person view, where you are looking out of the eyes of your player.  There is also overhead view and a free cam mode where you can view the table from any angle you choose. 

The 3D software allows players to play in any environment they choose.  There are 6 environments to choose from, including a casino, cruise ship, beach, and basement bar.  As the PKR site grows more environments will be implemented.

Player Development & Interaction

Another unique feature about PKR is the options of modifying your character.  When you play at PKR you have a specific character that you always appear as at your tables.  This character can be customized in many ways. 

The first is that you can change the physical appearance as well as your character's clothes and accessories.  During special tournaments, winners receive bracelets that they can show off at the tables, similar to a WSOP bracelet.  As you play more and more at PKR you will unlock special clothing and accessories to be used in game play.

During hands, you can interact with players in many ways.  The first of these is chatting, which almost every online site has.  However, you can also give off body language, and exhibit tells to try and outsmart other players in the hand.

Poker Games

Besides having excellent software, PKR also has some of the best poker games online.  They offer the usual Texas Holdem, Omaha, and Omaha Hi Lo in full handed, short handed, and heads up formats.  You can also find 10 man and 6 man sit n goes, as well as huge multi table tournaments.  This is all standard stuff.

It is PKR's unique games that will make it such a great site.  First, PKR is going to offer tournaments such as the World PKR Tour, the World Series of PKR, as well as other special tournaments.  These are the tournaments where players can win bracelets, and the 3D poker software will give you the feeling of being in a huge live tournament.
